Got a quote and the agent there Sonia was attentive and was understanding me. The quote was just right for me and affordable and I definitely refer her to my friends and family and a good thing she bilingual since a lot of people in my family speak Spanish but hey she try to work with you to get a quote that best suit you and explain the coverage's. 2 thumbs up to acceptance insurance located right next to penndot. My car was total but I wanted to retain it. They towed my car to the Insurance Auto Auctions on Friday. I came and picked it up on Monday. They took all the parts that the Lexus Collision Repair put inside the car. I called them and complained. They said the car did not come with those parts. I was there the day they towed the car, I saw all the parts were still inside the car. Worst experience ever. Lesson learned. If your car is total and you want to retain your car. these people are wonderful.they picked up my 1989 ford taurus and did a great job getting there truck into the driveway to pick up my car.the guy was ver curtious when he picked up my car.they also got it on the day i set for then to pick it up.they got there by 9am the morning they said they were going to pick it up. thanks,michael keffer
