He asked questions about my business and services to understand what to recommend. Then he broke down his recommendations and presented a few different options from different carriers. He explained the differences in their coverage and why the premiums were different. Alex keeps in touch throughout the year and discusses the renewal with me each year.
Alex has been very efficient at keeping my homeowners, vehicle, and business insurance policies affordable as my needs have changed over the time we’ve been working together, automatically shopping my policies periodically when appropriate. Highly recommend!

I first visited this Agency for quotes on all of our policies October 20th. When I left the meeting I was told it would be 24 -48 hours for a quote. I did not hear from them. I contacted them again over 48 hours later, to be told they had questions. I answered them. There were a couple more emails like that. I would make contact, they would have a question.
