Anchor Construction Corporation has been using Insurance Associates (IA) for years (since 2004). We use their service for both bonding and insurance needs. We believe Insurance Associates is one of the best managed insurance agencies that provides excellent customer service. They are always reliable and friendly to work with. They are also very good with following up and making sure our request is met on time. I would rate Insurance Associates a 5 star.
I feel like I am constantly emailing Carolyn, Tracy & Katie on what must be at least a weekly basis. They are always quick to respond, helpful and super friendly! The company I work for has been using them for years for multiple different accounts and insurance needs, nothing is too small or too large for them to handle. They make my job in human resources SO much easier, I highly recommend them!

We have been dealing with Insurance Associates for over 14 years now. It does not matter what the issue is, they are always available and always on top of it. I cannot tell you how many times they have walked me through problems or answered questions I needed even on their lunch hours. The reason I would never want to change insurance companies, quite honestly, is because of the people. They take their service seriously and it shows in every interaction we have with them.
