The collision center we worked with referred me to Ryan when we were rear-ended in our Mercedes. The insurance company wasn’t offering quite what we would need to really replace the vehicle (nothing newer, just the same vehicle specs) after it was totaled. He was generous with his time in talking through realistic expectations when we were considering invoking the appraisal clause to get an independent look at comps and value.
