I'm always kept waiting when I visit the office, even if there are no other clients there. Which wouldn't be so bad if I could ever, EVER reach anyone on the phone. They got me a great rate, but what's the use if I can never reach anyone in a crisis?

My previous Insurance company cancelled me because they no longer had an agent in my area. I had quotes from State Farm, Allstate, Safe Auto, Esurance, and many others. All of their quotes were higher than what I was already paying and I hadn't even had an accident! Matt O'Brien worked with me and got me a lower rate than what I had been paying. He took the time to go back and forth with me looking for discounts for a few days! Sure enough I purchased an awesome plan within my budget! My parents referred them to me because they use them for their homeowners and auto. Mr. O'Brien was sure to send them a referral award! Overall great experience! I will refer this company and Mr. O'Brien to all my friends and family!

Would not recommend if the only insurance company around. You never get to speak to your agent. Other than to leave a message. The only time helpful is when you are signing up. After that you are on your own. We have been a customer for 24 years, you would think that loyality would count for something. The only thing it counts for is money in someone's pocket. We have 5 cars and our house with Insuramax and will be dropping. We will see if we receive a sorry to see you leave our business letter.
