I'm always kept waiting when I visit the office, even if there are no other clients there. Which wouldn't be so bad if I could ever, EVER reach anyone on the phone. They got me a great rate, but what's the use if I can never reach anyone in a crisis?
My previous Insurance company cancelled me because they no longer had an agent in my area. I had quotes from State Farm, Allstate, Safe Auto, Esurance, and many others. Would not recommend if the only insurance company around. You never get to speak to your agent. Other than to leave a message. The only time helpful is when you are signing up. After that you are on your own. We have been a customer for 24 years, you would think that loyality would count for something. The only thing it counts for is money in someone's pocket. We have 5 cars and our house with Insuramax and will be dropping. We will see if we receive a sorry to see you leave our business letter.
