We have used Insulite Skylights twice to replace skylights on our house. They have been very helpful and efficient both times. Our tech, Eric, is very friendly and even showed up early! In addition, communication from the office was excellent. They were able to quickly provide us with the total cost, responded quickly to a question I had, and contacted us as soon as the skylights were ready to schedule an installation date. We certainly recommend them and would use them again!
I owe this review to this business for a while. They went above and beyond customer service. I had a flat tire when i parked there to get parts for my skylights. The manager put air in the tire with a compressor and gave me the address for the closest tire shop. They fixed the tire and I was on my way home. Thank you for more than just customer service - but best customer Service ever!!! I Pachler

Excellent Work
The estimate and the installation of 10 skylights was smooth. It did take repeat calls and an email to get answers to my follow up questions regarding the installation procedure.
