Insulco employees became negative when I reported that a circuit had tripped while they were in attic & requested that an electrician check the wiring in attic. Only 1 employee showed up to finish the job which was only half way completed at that point. Electrician confirmed no fire hazard in attic & replaced a light bulb in ceiling fixture that had blown. Called for 3 weeks never got a call back just rating on customer service
AFTER SETTING UP AN APPOINTMENT A WEEK IN ADVANCE TO SPRAY UP MY SHOP WITH FOAM INSULATION (FRIDAY JULY 21 2023)? NO CALLS TO SET UP A TIME TO COME IN AND DEFINITELY NO SHOW. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE WERE THEY WIll RESPECT YOU AS A CUSTOMER AND AS A BUSINESS OWNER.
