Reached out to Insulation Solutions several times by phone and twice by Email to schedule an estimate for work I wanted done.Never received a call back.I guess they didn't want my business. Extremely poor customer service!
Scheduled an in home energy audit through Eversource only to have them cancel. This was ok as the person was feeling sick and I was understanding of the situation, so I rescheduled. Well the next appointment was also canceled as they had scheduling issues so I set up a third appointment. Well long behold that appointment was about to be cancelled because of a new software system was being installed and they had no way of inputting the data on a Saturday.
