Recently required an upgrade on my insulation. Called The Insulation Police company and was very impressed. Not only did Greg communicate with me several times to ensure date and timing but his crew, Bruce and Chris arrived on time, explained the process and kept me informed throughout the process. We live in the townhouse in stony Plain, AB. Our unit was built in 1993, well insulated except the under the floor on one room. the room sits on the space top of bare concrete. Greg, owner of the company took a look, told me what needed to done. they did as what he said. The Result is obvious, 150 % improved. We are very happy about their works and the results. thank you for that.
After their crew finished insulating my walls, I found several areas where they had broken drywall and carelessly shoved materials in. They didn’t even clean up the mess. I had to hire another company to fix their damage. Avoid at all costs.
The price they quoted was way above market rate, and I still went with them thinking I’d get quality work. Unfortunately, I ended up with uneven insulation and cold drafts in multiple rooms. Absolutely not worth the money
