We had insulation installed in December 2025. Initially quite happy with the insulation guru team, timely quoting and good communication leading up to installation. After the job had commenced I was notified by Josh that an asbestos fee will be added to the invoice. Not because they removed any asbestos just because a piece was found in the roof. Asbestos was safely removed by me the homeowner and disposed of at the appropriate waste facility. I received an invoice with an added fee of $2250 for ‘asbestos fee’ Josh stated th... read more
Spent $9000 on insulation only to find out that it makes next to no difference in temperature. Although there was nothing wrong with the insulation it felt a bit misleading to find out now that it is ventilation we need for there to be a significant improvement.
