I can update this review to say we have been extremely impressed with the swift and thorough follow-up of our complaint by management. Much appreciated as well as the inspection of previous, with a date booked to remedy issues and complete the job as it should have been done. Thank you for taking this seriously. Appalling! Told my Mother not to be there because it would be loud. They damaged a/c vents and lights fittings, consumed 12 beers and butted out cigarettes in her garage. In 4 hours..... not impressed at all.
The team were excellent from quoting, scheduling, works on the day and customer service. Cannot fault the professionalism and communication has been excellent from start to finish.
