Great service from start to finish what a difference thanks so much
Such a professional group of trades people to deal with . A pleasure from start to finish . Right from the reception staff , through sales to the installers on the day . All of them so accomodating and easy to talk to. I also thought providing before and after photos of the roof space was a reassuring touch because then I could see for myself the work they had done for us. Thanks again and I would definitely recommend!
Great service! The guys that came to do the job were very detailed and extremely polite. Did the job as promised and kept me updated as they worked. Would absolutely reccomend them!
We had more than 100m² of raked ceilings that needed insulation. For us, pump-in insulation was an economical solution compared to lifting the roof sheeting or replacing ceiling gyprock. The EE team worked hard, thoroughly filled the cavities and did a good clean-up at the end of each day. They took time to carefully move our stuff out of the way. The attitude and our interaction with the EE team was great. Multiple 22mm holes in ceiling were patched by EE and easily DIY sanded and re-painted.
Every aspect of interacting with Insulation Extract was a pleasure. Their communication was top notch. The guys on site were efficient, courteous and did a great job. Would definitely use them again.
