Very impressed with the price, service and overall professionalism of this company. They have their act together and I would really struggle to think of anything they could do to improve.
Extraction insulation was very easy to deal with no issues at all. Team arrived on time, were quick and efficient and polite. The regular messages and emails were reassuring as well. Everyone from the receptionist to the salesman to the installation/ extraction team were just delightful. If all businesses ran this way I would be so pleased!!
Great Sales team and quick response and timely booking date. Most of all, very impressed with the work team being very cooperative and knowledgeable - and further impressed but the supervision follow up. Finally to make our day - the boys tidied up and cleaned perfectly after their work was complete.
Clear communication, arrived on time and got straight to work. Kept us informed on progress, did a great job and even finished early!
We had Ben come out to do our quote, He was very informative along with all the admin crew answering any questions we had. On the day of extraction/Install we had kharma and his crew do the work This crew was awesome , professional and finished the job to our total satisfaction Thankyou for your help Regards Peter and Lana
