Ingrid and Joe did an outstanding job adding insulation to my attic! I’ve already noticed a big difference in the upstairs temperature, and my HVAC unit isn’t constantly running anymore. Not only was their work top-notch, but they were also friendly and easy to talk to, answering all of my questions along the way. I’ll definitely be recommending them to anyone looking to add blown insulation—fast service, great communication, and very affordable.
We asked Cohens to quote our new build, but as soon as I wanted to proceed with their company, they were impossible to get a phone call or email back. Iv tried for over two weeks by email, phone and leaving messages with other staff members and have had no response. If they can’t communicate now, I can’t imagine how communication would be after work is completed if there were an issue. Wasted my time. Company doesn’t stand by their employees sub par work. New construction house they came out multiple times saying they completed the the work.. come to find out when ceiling was opened up work was not completed.. there solution is to just blow insulation in so the surface looks good and to the customers eye. But the problems still exist: the last gentleman that was out said they would be out to finish work the work correctly. Our Home Builder overlooked a small area of insulation in our attic. "Insulation by Cohen" were dispatched and two workers (Joe & Randy) inspected the area, they quickly applied the insulation and within 30 minutes the job was completed. (Joe & Randy) were great!! professional, fast and friendly. Suggestion: There was insulation left on the floor and outside on our lawn. Cohen should provide their workers with a small vacum or broom and dust pan to clean up after themselves.
On time, pleasant to work with, professional, and they were just great. Highly recommended!
