If I could leave a worse review I would. I will make sure to leave the lowest review I can on each platform I can find. These guys were terrible to work with. My experience with them stared off fine until the blew through 3 sections of dry wall in my house. They took forever to replace the drywall, did not clean my house, and they were hired through mass save. They did not finish the job insulating my house. Then proceeded to tell me that they told mass save about what happened, and I called to confirm with mass save and the... read more

Business response:

We are sorry for the reviewers' dissatisfaction. The cellulose insulation (made from ground up newspaper) is installed from the exterior of the house through 3" holes we drill and fill, under pressure in order to meet insulation density standards set by building code. Cellulose insulation is safe but dusty and messy. Is the only type of insulation that MassSave pays for (100% free currently) and can result in wall cracking or blowouts, particularly if the drywall is thin as was the case here. MassSave did advise the customer... read more

Schedule gutter cleaning about 6 weeks in advance. Supposed to come week of Thanksgiving. I called 2 times prior to that week to confirm they were coming out. Assured I was on their schedule and would receive call the day prior. Never came out that week. Snow arrived the beginning of the next week. I tried calling several times during business hours. No answer. I finally left a message and asked for a call back. Haven't heard from them and it's been a week. My gutters were in desperate need of cleaning. Now I'm stuck. Terrib... read more

I scheduled a dryer vent cleaning. They called & confirmed the agreed upon date/time. No call, no show. I called them 1.5hrs after the appointment to see what happened. No return call. I called a 2nd time an hour later & requested a supervisor; I was assured a supervisor would return my call ASAP. No call back.

Let me start off with WOW! I just had Insul-Kings come out to install dense pack cellulose insulation retrofitted into my exterior walls. I was worried about the exterior holes and siding removal but that was quickly forgotten once the work began. The complete install was done from outside, which involved removing my siding then drilling about a 2 to 3 inch hole. Then blowing in the cellulose (using the dense pack technique) followed by sealing the hole with a plug, then reinstalling the vinyl siding. This was done in sectio... read more
