It is with great disappointment I am writing this review. I showed them what I would like in a picture of their own work. It started with Courtney and a botched balayage. She put my hair on a piece of plastic and painted die all over. Absolute no blending. I asked her to go darker on top roots. She dropped some light brown ...not dark... on top of my head while the balayage was still lifting. The brown got mixed into my bangs while shampooing. Leaving me with no blonde highlights.
