I have been using Mike’s services for several years now. He has always been reliable, friendly, accommodating, professional and courteous. On more than one occasion, he has driven me from O’Hare all the way out to Lena (nearly two hours away) in hazardous weather (just last week it was a blizzard), and he did it safely and without complaint. I would highly recommend Mike, he has made my traveling so much easier.
Mike, owner and driver, was great on the phone in setting up our O’Hare airport service. He arrived a few minutes early. Friendly and courteous, Mike helped secure our baggage and got us settled in his large, clean, and comfortable SUV. He is a careful driver while engaging with us conversationally. Overall, a great experience. We arrived on time and he made sure we were left at the correct door for our flight. We will be contacting Mike for our return trip.
The driver (mike) is always punctual and professional. His customer service is top notch.
Highly recommend this service! Mike was timely and courteous. The limo was beautiful! AND when I realized I left my cell phone in the car, he brought it to me at my house. CLASS ACT !
Scheduled a pickup and a drop off from O'Hare airport. Mike picked us up and took us without issue. When we landed I confirmed that with him and got no response. After multiple calls and texts he responds 45 minutes later (20 minutes after scheduled pickup) stating he was driving a customer to Rockford airport and was 10 minutes away from there.
