I came to the clinic for the first time and it was overall a good experience. Receptionist, x-ray tech, dentist were wonderful. My hygienist was just alright, she was truthfully a little snappy at me at times. Maybe a bad day? I’ll be returning though.
I have found this place in the mall, it looked clean and friendly so I made an appointment online and also to receive that free whitening kit when I make a first appointment. I go to my first appointment. They say nothing about the whitening kit I ask, and then a lady comes out from the back and explains how it won’t work for my teeth. Meanwhile, they could have offered or spoke up and let me know instead, we had to embarrass me in the waiting room.
