I have used Instyle Charlotte exclusively for all install of stone, flooring and countertops. Recentlly used InStyle for two jobs in Charleston, SC. Unprofessional! Use World Stone instead. Time from template to installation is longer than average. Vein matching quality was poor which generated multiple requests for template revision. The templates they provided for approval frequently had backward/upside-down pieces that required correction. Did not return phone calls/emails in a reasonable timeframe. The work they did at the time looked good, but was improperly done, causing tens of thousands of dollars worth of damage. Plus we have to completely redo the shower, repair the floor underneath, and the ceiling below, and a door jam. They were affordable at the time but now it is costing us more than double what we paid to fix their shoddy workmanship. This business has the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. I have been a Realtor/Broker in Charlotte for 50 years and represented several high end builders. In all this time I have never had a company perform as badly as this one. I redid Two bathrooms, a kitchen and laundry room with tile and quartz from Instyle. I had several pieces of the bullnose tile in the master bath peel! I have never seen this happen to tile before. The installers did a fabulous job and were very nice. The tile was selected and installed within the timeframe they committed to and came in under budget!!
