I provided 4 proofs of what I wanted. I provided a flash drive. I provided my cell in case there were any questions. They never called. They made two things that did not look like my proofs. It took 3 trips for them to get my order correct. What’s the point in providing proofs of what it should look like if they just print and don’t look at how it looks. Then they/she gets cranky when I ask why I am being charged twice for this screw up.
