$25 dollar minimum even for a few copies - understandable if a business only wants large orders but this should be clearly posted on business header as initial information.
File handling charge added to any orders not placed in the store?!?!.... So they're adding a fee to email them files to print... mite as well just raise your prices instead of these fees. I mean, adding a fee to open an email and print the file? What's next? Are they going to charge a front door opening fee to place orders in person? Want to support local but online retailers are the way to go.
