Went in and had a very informative discussion on creating some banners for my business. Was told to email what I desired and the files needed that day (which I did) so they could design the next day(Friday - they are closed for design work) and make them the beginning of the next week. That was 3 weeks ago. No communication or response what so ever. Very disappointing as I was excited to support a local business as a local business.

$25 dollar minimum even for a few copies - understandable if a business only wants large orders but this should be clearly posted on business header as initial information.
File handling charge added to any orders not placed in the store?!?!.... So they're adding a fee to email them files to print... mite as well just raise your prices instead of these fees. I mean, adding a fee to open an email and print the file? What's next? Are they going to charge a front door opening fee to place orders in person? Want to support local but online retailers are the way to go.
