I was in a tight situation today with a very small order and tight timeline. Owner was super helpful and got me on my way in a jiffy! Saved me!
Went in and had a very informative discussion on creating some banners for my business. Was told to email what I desired and the files needed that day (which I did) so they could design the next day(Friday - they are closed for design work) and make them the beginning of the next week. That was 3 weeks ago. No communication or response what so ever. Very disappointing as I was excited to support a local business as a local business.
Sweet people! Always support me with 4h
$25 dollar minimum even for a few copies - understandable if a business only wants large orders but this should be clearly posted on business header as initial information.
