was a customer for a few years having them print many different items. Quality was generally very good and promptness was appreciated however that ended when I asked them to print a banner for me. This was the 3rd such banner that I had them complete for me, I received the bill and the charges were almost \$75 for a paper banner, almost double the price as the previous two that they printed for me.
