My organization and I had the pleasure of doing business with Kirk and Kathy as we purchased a microscope and camera for our forensics work. We had to update our payment method and had a couple of invoice questions and Kirk was so kind to work with me after normal business hours on a holiday weekend! I have worked for and with Meyer Instruments since 1989. The products and services offered by Rob Meyer and his staff have benefited customers across the USA and around the globe. Very few companies can offer the variety of equipment, software, and expertise that Meyer Instruments offers for Digital Image Capture, Digital Image Analysis, and Telepathology.
Awesome! However we don't know our negative reviewer, Joe Stellarno. He's not in our database and we show no data on him. No emails, no quotations... nothing. If he's receiving spam from us, then our e-mail system (which we changed 8 months ago) was hacked. He's also dead wrong about going to the manufacturer for a better deal. Our manufacturers only quote at full retail. We don't!
The other reviews are written by a sales staff employee. Don't let them get your email address or they will spam the hell out of you. This is for the most part a re-seller. It is cheaper and better to go straight to the manufacturer.
