Very remarkable customer service and excellent work strategy
We ordered CTs from this company back in November with an advised lead time of 30-40 days. The website leads you to believe this is a stocked item. This lead time came and went, and when a status update was requested we were advised an additional lead time more than double the original was expected. We requested a cancelation as the new lead time was not going to work for our project time line. Fast forward another two months to march. There was no cancelation, and no communication, and magically the CTs show up at our offic... read more
