Absolutely impossible to get in touch with anyone here for questions. They provide a contact number if you need assistance, but you can call for weeks and leave messages without and response or follow up. My experience with Dr. Sotelo was sub par, and now this experience with billing and follow up is extremely frustrating. They’re very poorly managed and I recommend taking your medical needs and time elsewhere.
Dr. Sotelo was able to give me an appointment very quickly & because I was a new patient he made the appointment slot long enough to cover all my concerns. I was able to have toenail surgery that very same day for an ingrown toenail. His follow up care was also amazing.
