Instrata is the best place to live! The management of the building does an excellent job! The amenities are of the best quality (great gym, great pool, community rooms, and garage) and kept in great condition. All shared spaces are always sparkling clean! The maintenance team is also very quick and effective, something we found was always lacking in previous communities we lived in. A big shout out to Debbie, Monti, Lamont and Marcus! All the team is great!
1/5 stars for a management team that values red tape over residents’ urgent needs. I forgot my jacket in the gym last night, and by this morning it was gone. With proof of residency and a clear timestamp, I begged front desk staff to check security footage IMMEDIATELY before evidence disappeared. I have lived at the Instrata for about nine months and every day I’m here I feel glad about this decision! Debbie and Ashley from the property management team, Jose and Dave from maintenance and of course Lamont and Marcus at the front desk always go above and beyond to make me feel welcome, take care of any requests, resolve issues and just make us residents feel at home.
