Tenants and prospective renters: be aware of how maintenance is handled at Instrata Pentagon City. My washer stopped working properly on April 6 — it does not rinse or spin, and clothes come out unwashed. Since then I've filed seven separate maintenance tickets (#1410-1, #1449-1, #1450-1, #1707-1, #1708-1, #1709-1, #1358).
