My wife and I have seriously loved living here the past 2.5 years. I highly recommend this complex. - Fair price for our unit. We do not feel like we get nickel and dimed. - The facilities are renovated and well maintained. Really nice gym (has all the things), lobby with coffee available every morning. I have lived in the building for the past two months. My move in process was easy to understand. I have enjoyed using the gym, the coffee machine, and the common spaces. I think it’s really fantastic they have guest suites for rent for guests of tenants. I have NOT had major maintenance issues and appreciate that the elevators are reliable. The water pressure is great! I have found all staff to be kind and wanting to help when they can!
The Instrata really is home. It’s incredibly convenient to everything and we feel very safe here. Our amenities are top notch: from the gym and pool to the Hub and dry cleaning, nothing has been overlooked. We love it here.
We have lived at Instrata for 7 years now! That in itself should tell you something. The staff are incredible. They feel more like family. The building is immaculately maintained and maintenance staff are top notch, keeping the building running extremely well (and with a smile). The location of the building is a huge plus. Instrata Pentagon City has been my home for 4 years and am loving every moment of it. Great management and concierge staff, quick turnaround times on maintenance items. Lots of fun activities for the residents to include a lobby coffee machine, socials and game nights. Instrata is a thriving and diverse community that is respectful of others. Thanks!
