Building sucks thanks to world’s worst management company, Canvas Property Group. They’re illegally pulling doorman service and now charging huge fees (hundreds of dollars) just to use parts of the building like lounges and rooftop. A lot of bad mismanagement. DON’T MOVE HERE!

Building management company Canvas Property Group is illegally trying to stop providing 24 hour doorman service. Truly horrific management company and ownership by Invesco. DO NIT MOVE HERE!!!

Omg just heard from a neighbor that our management company is going to get rid of our 24 hour doorman??? How can they do this?! Would NOT recommend given this new information. Very disappointed in Canvas Property Group Management! Building is owned by Invesco-wish they cared!

Was shocked to find out that building management Canvas Property Group is secretly getting rid of round the clock doorman service at Instrata Park Slope. NOT COOL! This will make the building unsafe and is a huge reduction in tenants’ value. Can they even do this if all the leases are for a 24 hour doorman building? Don’t move here since the management company doesn’t care about tenants if they’re willing to do something like this.

The management company-Canvas Property Group-iis trying to pull a fast one and illegally eliminate overnight doormen in this building that they advertise and that tenants have leases for for 24-hour doorman service! This is unsafe, underhanded, sneaky and illegal!
