Francisco and the staff/Door men have been the biggest pleasure to work with of any apartment building I’ve dealt with. Angel, Chris, and Carlos and the rest of the staff are extremely responsive, easy and helpful. They keep the building immaculate and run a very tight ship. We could not recommend the Instrata or the staff anymore. Thank you all for everything.
I absolutely love living here. Carlos is also so attentive with all of our needs. I give Carlos a 10 out of 10
This building is the absolute best! The staff are incredible and make this place feel like home. Carlos, the super, is extremely helpful and makes sure the building and my apartment are always in the best shape.
