Beautiful apartments, super open kitchens, great for socializing and cooking. Units have washer and dryer which is also great. The finishes in the apartment are very sleek and modern. Amenities in the building are great - grills on the rooftop and gym in building. Best part is location, right next to subways and supermarket right next dear. Working with Robert was excellent as well!
A few months ago some maintenance done on the HVAC units in each apartment. We were away on vacation when this happened - no problem, they could come into our unit and get it done. We were fine with that. Sadly, upon our return home, we found brown/muddy residue ALL OVER our hardwood floor... and worse yet, it was all over our carpet. It was impossible to miss, so there is no way they were unaware they had trashed our floor and carpet. But they didnt clean it.
