I was in an emergency room where there was no gastroenterology specialist available. The next day, I was able to get an emergency appointment with Dr. Fernando Ramos, and both Dr. Ramos and his entire staff were very diligent and managed to stabilize my condition. I had several follow-up appointments twice a week for approximately one month without any issues with availability. Mi experiencia con el Dr. Ramos fue excelente al igual que con el personal. Enseguida me envió a hacerme los estudios y análisis para poder dar el tratamiento que realmente necesito para mi condición. La enfermera que me canalizó tiene mano santa, ni cuenta me di cuando puso el angio. Lo más que me sorprendió es que al día siguiente de haberme hecho la colonoscopia, me llamaron para ver si me encontraba bien o sea que se preocupan por el paciente.
Dr. Ramos was excellent communicating diagnostic and steps I have to follow. Office personnel friendly and patient.
