Client is on the phone for over 20-30 minutes every time he tries to get through to get ahold of anyone. They do not return voicemails left on their main line either. Incredibly frustrating for a disabled person, need more staff for answering the phone.
Amazing place to go to for mental health. Everyone is happy and eager to assist you. This a completely different place and changed my mind out getting help! As a PTSD patient I can tell you that this the place if you ever thought about changing for the best!
