I had an Ultrasound done November 3, 2025. It was Fast. The Lady who did my Ultrasound was Very Nice. The results were reported right away to my Doctor. It could not have been a better experience. Thank you IDI.
Im leaving this review because I dont see an email or online form to contact them. Im pretty sure why. The imaging staff was good, but the facility felt very outdated and unclean. Like something out of the Brady Bunch era The bigger issue was billing. I received a $6,000 invoice six months later due to their mistake with my insurance. I had to resolve it myself, as they never contacted me. I expect this from big box hospitals not independent clinics. Diag Imaging don't respond saying sorry or reach out. This was an outstanding experience. The technician I saw was absolutely amazing. She was very kind and attentive, she definitely made me feel comfortable and safe.
Thank you for a great experience in your open MRI. Your staff are amazing and took my anxiety and claustrophobia away. Such caring employees are rare to find now a days.
