Consistently an hour + behind scheduled appointments. I’ve tried being the first appointment, middle of day etc. Doctor is nice ….
I went to Dr. Tharsan Sivakumar for elevated testosterone, irregular cycles, and complex ovarian cysts confirmed on ultrasound. He didn’t even look at my ultrasound until I reminded him. When I did, he brushed it off as “just a bunch of cysts.” Turned out to be endometriomas btw He didn’t go over my abnormal labs or explain anything. He just told me to lose weight and offered to sell me his paid weight-loss program. Music was playing during the 2 minute appointment, and the whole visit felt rushed and unprofessional. Just a circus show all together, good luck trying to call in for anything either no one will pick up or you get put on hold right away for 15min plus, highly don’t recommend to anyone looking for assistance as you get nothing but stress and frustration dealing with the folks here. Overall frm front desk to nurses to the doctor to the pharmacy I’d literally give this place 0/10 literally I’ve had the worst experience dealing with this facility and its workers. Well, I seemed to have stumbled into quite the rabbit hole for Dr. Sivakumar! I deleted the office number by accident, so I hopped online to grab it quickly when I noticed the poor review score. Wow. I mean, honestly I'm having a hard time reconciling my ongoing experience which has been just fine with all of posts I'm reading.
