THE PLACE IS A ZOO.TOO MANY STAFF PEOPLE. ONE CHAP HSD A HEART ATTACK THERE. KIDS RUNNING EVERYWHERE.THE DR PROVIDENCE IS GOOD.STAFF IS INCOMPETENT.SINCE YESTERDAY CALLED A DOZEN TIMES FOR PRECRIPTION...NO RESPOBSE.WEBISTE DIWN.EMAIL NO RESPONSE.
The staff and doctors are disgusting, my appointment was at 2:45 and the receptionist didn’t even correctly check me in, I waited over an hour,, for the receptionist to tell me I wasn’t checked in, and didn’t even own up to his mistake, literally blamed me and said I should of checked in at the kiosk, very unprofessional staff, they don’t have any care, all they want is to collect money, I literally told them to cancel my appointment and left. Being from a different generation and also very anxious about using computers, I would Like to commend the attention, patience and care Liban has for me prior to seeing Dr Sithamparanathan. Of course my visits with the doctor are with so much patience and attentive care. But I would wish that the wait times would not be as long.
