Office is very clean. Staff appears to have concern for my needs. Doctor ans. all of my questions and explained what plan of care would be and what the follow up care would be if any was needed. I was seen within 15 min. of arrival.
Since 2010 I have been impressed with the professionalism, patient empathy, attitude of staff and the cleanliness of the facility. My last visit required that Dr. Tracy do an immediate procedure that was done efficiently and with great concern for me. The person in charge of the insurance called immediately for the authorization. The nurse had the room ready and the supplies out and ready for Dr. Tracy as soon as instructed that the procedure would be done. Dr Tracy is very well informed and highly skilled in her trade. She has treated me for years and made my life livable again. I used to have such pain as to cause me to curl up into a ball and be unable to move until the spasms passed. She was able to offer different treatments to assist me and over time come up with the perfect treatment for my affliction. Office is very well staffed with incredibly friendly and helpful people.
