The staff were all so friendly,they make you feel comfortable, so welcoming. The office is super clean and Dr.Landez is professional very good at explaining my care step by step. I recommend Women's Health Institute for Good professional care they are the best
Well, at first glance, I was a little nervous because I didn’t know if I was in the right office. There are no names anywhere. After I figured out I was in the right spot checking in wasn’t too bad things were already prefilled kudos Front Desk. The examination, the doctor, everything went really well. If I could give negative stars I would! The check out lady is very rude and is very unhelpful. She had a sarcastic attitude and had the nerve to laugh in my mother’s face. If you can’t deal with customer service then get a different job. It’s not that hard to have compassion and respect. Very unprofessional and disrespectful to patients.
By far the worse doctors office I have ever come across I was a new patient trying to set up appointment for me and my new baby and my god I never experienced such bad customer service from the front desk lady name rose ! All I was trying to do was reschedule my new appointment cause the day they had scheduled me I had worked that day but she was so rude has the audacity to tell me we don’t move around my schedule and the only reason she was able to squeeze me in was because somebody canceled so I told her if nobody would’ve... read more
