I’m not sure who runs this place, but it may be time to start over with your staff. There’s extremely low moral because it shows in how they treat the patients. Not even sure about my doctor. I’m actively looking for better care as this experience has been the worst I’ve ever had with having a baby.
Probably the worst OBGYN and most disrespectful Dr. making unprofessional comments about medical tools being smaller than penises and being very neglectful towards my daughters pregnancy. Being a private Dr you would think she’s more professional towards woman’s health and pregnancy concerns.
First time coming here and Dr. Ramos was very nice and Knowledgeable. I felt comfortable being there and the staff was friendly.

I am a single mother and had to bring my son to the appointment, who was also looking forward all week to hearing his baby brothers heart beat, well that didn’t happen. The front desk staff was extremely rude and embarrassing. They made me feel so incredibly small and talked to me like I’m a child myself. They kicked us out of the waiting room and instructed us to wait outside and that they would let us know when the doctor calls me.
