Didn't find out I was pregnant until I was 9 weeks along. Took Medicaid another 5-6 weeks to approve me & the previous on cancelled my appointment. Called to get seen but was turned away.
Dr. Landez was amazing, and very patient. I give this facility 4 stars because the parking lot is very small. Checkout needs to be better with customer service.
This place has predatory prices. My insurance was billed over 1400 dollars for a simple exam and lab testing. Even after reaching my deductible I am having to pay over 150. Do not go here. It is a scam place and what is wrong with American medicine.
Dr. Michael Troy has been consistently empathetic, informative, and responsive in the 20+ years he has cared for me. As I age, he has guided me through years of solid researched advice and treatment. I appreciate his sense of humor, his interactions with staff, and his answers to my questions about concerns. The staff I meet are all focused on making the most of my time. Thank you!
