My wife is a Type 1 diabetic and is pregnant with our child, so every prenatal appointment is extremely important. Unfortunately, our experience at Women’s Health Institute was very disappointing. She arrived on time for her scheduled appointment but waited over an hour that turned into 4-5hours while patients with later appointment times were checked in and seen before her. The staff is nice but the wait time is outrageous. My appointment was at 4:10pm. I arrived at 4:00pm. Its now 5:00pm and im still in the waiting room. What is the point of making an appointment time if the staff cant be on time? This is a follow up appointment im not sure why it would take 2 and a half hours for this visit. It was the same last time I was here and I will not be returning to waist away in the waiting room.
Friendly staff. Dr. Landez was on time with my appointment, informative discussion on my follow up test results and taking my concerns into account with next steps to my health treatment plan. I’m very excited to see how my next follow up appointment goes.
really disappointed in my experience with Dr. Troy, I had severe pelvic pain and could hardly walk after I had a ruptured cyst. Yes my paperwork showed I had a 2mm cyst growing as well, but he completely skipped over the fact that I also had fluid in abdomen from the cyst that had just bursted. When I was nauseas, from all the pain I was in he sent me away to the ER saying he didn’t think it was related to my ovaries. Bad customer service! Also I can’t stay on the lobby with my kid? Why?? That doesn’t make any sense When we are 5 minutes late they move my appointment, but if we arrive on time I have to wait 1 hour anyways, overpriced place My wife want to give them a second chance 1 month later but this place sucks so bad
