I have been calling for two days straight trying to schedule an appointment and have been on hold for over an hour both days every time someone answers they rudely out me on hold and then after an hour plus hang up on me I continuously have been calling and no one is taking my call to schedule my appointment ! Very unprofessional of the front desk staff!!!
Dr. Nadia Douglas is one of the best doctors I’ve ever encountered since beginning my journey on caring for my own health as a woman. She was kind, empathetic, knowledgeable and gentle. I managed to get my birth control replaced, a Pap smear and other tests and bloodwork done in under an hour. All the staff here were very kind and effective. Dr Demasio take time forever which I think is not fair. She should understand that every person has their own valuable time. If you make an appointment with her, you have to wait 2 hours after your appointment time. Horrible. They will tell you to stay in the room to wait for her and she come back after long time. I couldn’t give any star because I think it is not right. I know she cares about her patients but you can’t take whole time from other patients.
