Office is good. Parking garage is a nightmare
Dr Ruiz has been my Dr for 22 years and yes his staff changes, but he’s THE BEST OBGYN ONE CAN HAVE!!!
I give this please a zero rating if I could .I am a patient of Dr Paula Bilicia and have been for 4 years I was on the schedule to have a hysterectomy back in September 2023, because I started having some complications with my liver enzymes that were skyrocketed into the 1500 range my liver specialist Canceled my clearance the day of my surgery and instead sent me to have an emergency biopsy . I used Dr.Ruiz with my first pregnancy and had a great experience. Wait times at OB offices can be long that's to be expected at any OB where you see one specific Dr. That's been my experience everywhere but I will say with this pregnancy I have not had 1 long wait time to see Dr.Ruiz. No issues with insurance or the front desk. All concerns addressed. They have an online portal where you can ask any questions. After hours emergency line like normal for OBs. I will say leave early because parking can be hectic. Last time I w... read more
