I went there as a new patient. The front desk service was fine, however doctor Paula Bilica was HORRIBLE! She spent 3 minutes (yes, just 3 minutes) in the room and answered "0" questions of mine. I asked specific questions concerning my condition, and her response was, "well, you can look that up online." I am paying YOU to tell me, and not google!! I will NEVER return to this clinic again. This doctor had no time or concern about her patient, she just wanted a quick "you look ok, bye"

I had a scheduled surgery done with Dr. Jessica Guerrero and was told my ins was going to cover IT and all I needed to do was pay my deductible. 3 month later I received a 2,000 bill from the anesthesiologist. I question it by the ins and the anesthesiologist and I was told he was out of network. Called the coordinator who scheduled my surgery and told me I should ask for a payment plan. What the!!@#@. That's poor administration because the same thing happened with my lab work. If they make a mistake you loose out. stay away... read more
