Was not told what tests I was having done, only found out after the fact that they were done when I called with a question about my bill. Never was even given results for the tests. Was also told an amount for my out of pocket expenses and then receive a seperate bill from the lab they use for a large amount more that I am also liable for out of pocket. Was told by the lab and by the billing for IFWH that I should have been told about the seperate billing for the lab. Unclear practices and billing procedures. Stay away unles... read more

my personal doctor, Dr Carcamo is very professional, the entire staff there has taken such great care of me. I recommend this institute for women's health with five stars.

Scheduled an appt earlier in the month - the lady at the desk couldn’t find it ... had to fill out new patient forms - that I could have done online but they said I didn’t have to since I am within a 5 year period. My appt was at 1 and still waiting and it’s 2pm. Woman was in waiting area with her kid rolling around on the floor and climbing in/on the furniture and her companion was on the phone holding convo.
