Having being born with psoriasis, I have been to many and I mean MANY dermatologists over the years. Always told to get expensive creams that never did anything but break the bank. I went in to see Dr. Devani and was offered to be apart of a clinic trial study and thought, why not?! If your doctor suggests sending you to "Dr. Devani" - refuse at all costs. I have never seen such lazy and indifferent medical practice in my life. I was referred to see him over two years ago, and in the referral the doctor said "a biopsy is ideal". So, I wait 4 months for an appointment, and am put inside a very cramped closet-like room. He suddenly comes in and doesn't bother to greet me or introduce himself (I didn't even realize he was the doctor until he left). He asks what/where the issue is (it's on my right calf). After exhausting all other options to clear my acne, I finally decided it might be worth while to see a dermatologist. My visit to Dr. Devani proved me wrong. I left the appointment, which was nothing more then a brief interaction, feeling confused and hopeless. Dr. Devani did not take the time to gain an adequate understanding of my problem. PAM is a very experience and friendly technician from Dr. Metelitsa who did my 1 Fraxel Laser and 2 INFINI. My acne scar has been improving and lifting from every treatment. I am going to do my last Fraxel coming up. I hope to see a much better result after that. Highly recommend PAM to everyone that want to get their skin resurfacing. Will follow up after my last Fraxel. The other staffs are very friendly as well. Thanks.
