I was given an appointment, when I arrived the appointment was for the following day, I caught a $31 Uber, not to be seen and no apology just "oh our call center made this appointment". There was no let me go ask the Dr if he can see you, since it was no fault of my own, no apology, no nothing outside of a too bad. Clean office. Friendly, cooperative staff. I went here to see if my health situation had changed since I visited this office several years ago. If you're a new patient, Dr. Dein will make sure you'll receive the best care, by thoroughly discussing your heath history to reach a diagnosis. He not only prescribes medication but also suggests practicing alternative methods to manage pain (e.g., yoga, physical therapy, T'ai Chi.) I really have benefited from his recommendations and concern.
