I couldn't successfully schedule an appointment with this location, so my review is not a reflection on the doctors at this practice, but rather on the lack of customer service for new patients. I called on a Monday around 3p. The phone rang until it went to an automated message saying all operators were busy and to please continue holding. Clean office. Friendly, cooperative staff. I went here to see if my health situation had changed since I visited this office several years ago. If you're a new patient, Dr. Dein will make sure you'll receive the best care, by thoroughly discussing your heath history to reach a diagnosis. He not only prescribes medication but also suggests practicing alternative methods to manage pain (e.g., yoga, physical therapy, T'ai Chi.) I really have benefited from his recommendations and concern.
