They’re really hard to reach. They rarely answer the phone, and even simple questions take a long time to get connected. They’re okay overall, but I’ve done four IUIs with them and none have been successful. I’ve only seen the doctor a few times and usually meet with nurse practitioners for the most part of IUI process. I’m not sure if I’m getting the best treatment or level of care here.

I waited a while to write this but I was sitting here looking at my baby sleep on the morning of her first birthday. We almost didn’t get to meet. On the way to my appointment I was rear-ended by an SUV. It totaled my car. We were fine physically but panicked because there was no way to get back to the house in central KY, get the other car and get back to Cincinnati in time for the appointment. Long Overdue Review – Terrible Fertility Experience I usually don’t write reviews, but this one has been a long time coming. I used this fertility practice back in 2021, and the experience was absolutely terrible—especially for a place where you’re supposed to feel supported, cared for, and understood during such a vulnerable time. The nurses and staff are some of the rudest people I have ever met. Hanging up on you, constant attitude, do not answer the phone, and blurt out private information for everyone to hear. The staff/nurses are all very young and inexperienced. Some of the doctors are good though.
