In the past six months this "medical spa" has had two different estheticians take me on as a client and both times the esthetician has done a horrible job, overcharged and under-delivered and by the time I complained they had then left the company or fired. Dr. Ross does not seem to know how to hire or keep a professional or experienced staff and should be ashamed of herself for putting her patients at risk to make money for herself.
