I started my first therapy sessions as an adult with Peter. The more I fought the process, the more I struggled. Letting go into your 'self' is vital work. Peter collens is not a real therapist but more of a mentor or guru. He holds a BA degree and nothing more. He has very little understanding of the therapeutic process, trust building, and transference. He did me more harm then good with his lack of understanding about dissasociation and how to help me when I used this powerful defense.
