I am a graduate of the 2014 NJ Cohort and am currently teaching Physics. The foundation really provides great opportunities for those in industry looking to transition into teaching disadvantaged youth across the country. Experiences may vary depending on the partner university that you attend in order to obtain your education, but you have great support provided for the first several years of your teaching career. Could not have had a better experience.
