After scheduling an appointment for the soonest available time (a month in the future), I rescheduled after my condition got worse. When I arrived at the office and filling out paperwork, they informed me my appointment was scheduled for another time and is actually with a social worker, not a doctor. If I want to see a doctor I'd need to use the emergency room. Andrew Randall, the office manager, informed me that these mistakes were my fault, they recommended I go somewhere else.
