Refusing to switch a medication that I have complained about the side effects. They know what the med is doing but are allowing the side effects to happen which are not only making me sick but causing stress. These people are a joke.
The Institute for Family Health does not exist at 77 Cornell Street! The closest of their locations to this address is 1.6 miles away on Family Practice Drive near Lawton Park.
If I could give them a zero I would this is the worst doctors office I’ve ever been to. They’re all a bunch of idiots that don’t know how to do their job and the doctors never refill prescriptions on time. Alms their dental office is annoying to they never answer the phone or send the referrals out to other offices when requested. I highly do not recommend this practice.
