Saw an Osteopath for the first time. Appointment was held on time. Clean welcoming environment. Practitioner was warm and friendly. Wasn't sure what to expect but had a great first visit will be booking a follow up.
It was my first visit to Instill therapies. A calm, clean quirt atmosphere. Pam greeted me with her friendly smile and gentle nature. She was knowledgeable and listened carefully to my concerns of problem areas. She then gave a wonderful, relaxing massage, listening to my verbal cues . Definitely would recommend and will return again.
Alexa is an amazing practitioner . She is kind, thoughtful and provides gentle and effective lymphatic massage and scar tissue softening. I feel I am in great hands when attending appointments.
