Micaela at Instil Physio helped me prepare for the birth of my third child. She walked me through my pelvic floor therapy, treated my sciatic nerve pain with acupuncture which worked wonders and allowed me to stay as active as I could through my pregnancy, which is something I struggled with in my first two pregnancies.
