just tried calling today (07/10/2025) at 3:11 pm because my elder female cat has urine in her blood. I tried to get in contact with recommended vets office but was met with the voicemail since they are closed today. In the voicemail they listed two numbers to call try and get in contact with their other front desks but didn't specify what locations the numbers were for. Honestly confused and unsure what this office does. Called because my cat might be blocked they told me to rush to the office with him and did nothing for him when we got there except confirm what I knew. We had to take him to AMC. Not really clear what this office can do for anyone in an emergency

What an absolutely incredible experience. My cat Chloe has had the worst infection, and Dr. Kim has been so gentle and caring towards her, and helpful answering my questions and explaining what’s going on. On top of it all, one of the aids at Instavet, Olivia, was so kind towards Chloe today and de-matted her and clipped her nails. Chloe is a grumpy older cat and can be difficult to groom, and Olivia just did such a wonderful job. I’m just so grateful for the warm and empathetic support my dear cat receives from Instavet!
Very understanding and caring team. My cat has been trialling different medications and the staff has been super patient helping me coordinate with the vet and helping managing our prescriptions.
