What an absolutely incredible experience. My cat Chloe has had the worst infection, and Dr. Kim has been so gentle and caring towards her, and helpful answering my questions and explaining what’s going on. On top of it all, one of the aids at Instavet, Olivia, was so kind towards Chloe today and de-matted her and clipped her nails. Chloe is a grumpy older cat and can be difficult to groom, and Olivia just did such a wonderful job. I’m just so grateful for the warm and empathetic support my dear cat receives from Instavet!
Very understanding and caring team. My cat has been trialling different medications and the staff has been super patient helping me coordinate with the vet and helping managing our prescriptions.
Scheduled an appointment for dental cleaning examination. But there is only one vet available on the weekday. And they just kept asking you to wait. I don’t understand what is the point of appointment when you have to wait and they don’t even tell you how long you need to wait. I was waiting there for one hour and the waiting room was super hot. No one came to update me on ETA and check to see how my dog is doing.
We found InstaVet while looking for a place to help us put our cat to sleep after an unexpected and quick decline. The staff here helped us schedule an appointment the same day, and were caring and compassionate throughout the process. The actual procedure was done with care and skill, and every staff member we interacted with was professional and gentle of our situation.
