Instate is incredible, best place to get into the best shape and best fitness form. All the coaches & Staff are really friendly, as well as the members. It’s got a great community and you feel welcomed straight away. 100% Recommend

2 ½ years down the line and I am still loving Instate. I’m there most days of the week and find it a great way to switch out of work at the end of the day. The coaches are friendly, welcoming, kind, value everyone and know the members really well, and the small group PT model is a fun way to train whilst being encouraged to make progress. I’ve been part of the Instate Fitness family for years now, and I genuinely couldn’t imagine training anywhere else. The coaches here are absolutely brilliant — not only are they incredibly knowledgeable, but they actually care about you and your progress. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The quality of the coaches, the community and the workouts is the best I’ve ever experienced.
